Well, after much hair-pulling, fretting, calling, faxing, worrying, THREATENING LEGAL ACTION, and threatening a Texas Department of Insurance investigation... CIGNA has finally cut checks to all my providers! It has only been 9 months!!! sheez... I wish I had the interest off the money they hold like that from all their clients!

I had to prepay my surgeon's fee, so I should be getting a portion of that back! Maybe that will build my workshop!

Funny, a year ago, I could not have even thought about building my own shop...

I am not getting my hopes up too much 'till I actually have MONEY-IN-HAND!

Did you you have a pre-authorization letter?? I'm a little worried... I have Great West and Cigna and G.W are now the same company... my husband used to work for Cigna and he knows how crappy they are... they are such an evil company... i could rant and rave!! Congrats though!

Congrats! I also have Cigna and decided not to even bother with them after my experience in March. Grrr...:cool2: Anyway, decided to just pay for it myself. Crappy insurance! Good for you for triumphing through it all.:sad:
