What alternatives to bread do you eat?

Since my last fill it's pretty hard to get bread down so I have quit trying haha. The only time I have pb'd or slimed was on bread.

I LOVE my bread but really I haven't missed it a whole lot. However, I did buy some Whole Grain wraps and put 1 slice of cheese in it and 1 slice of turkey. Thats a whole meal for me and it was good and it went down just fine.

Since finding these I was wondering if others have more alternatives to breads that I could mix it up with in my diet

When I feel the need to eat bread, I make sure I eat wheat bread only. I also toast it first. Even if I just get a couple of bites, it satifies my urge.

I love wraps and they seem to go down ok for me....whole grain of course! I dd try a breakfast wrap once and I can't really get that down in the AM, but later in the day wraps are great!

bread has to be thin ; whole grain & toasted for me to be able to eat.

otherwise i like the wasa crispbread (fibre) as another alternative.
