Hey everyone, I am so excited for everyone, we all seem to be doing so well.
I am struggling with my eating right now. Not how much I eat, but what eating method I should follow. I did the three weeks of adkins pre-op and lost 21 pounds before surgery. I am currently in the mushy stage of eating almost 3 weeks post-op. I have been trying to stick to adkins foods, but I am finding that to be harder in this mushy stage. I feel like I eat tuna salad or egg salad for every meal. Anyway, I tried low sugar oatmeal for breakfast yesterday and I swear I was on carb overload. It filled me up and I was not hungry, but I kept searching my cupbpards for something to eat. I needed to remind myself that I was not even hungry.
So now I am thinking I should stick with the adkins, but I am also worried about the high fat and cholestrol that comes along with an adkins diet.
So what kinds of plan are you following now? What do you see yourself following on full food?
