I have 5 NSV's to share today!

1. My pants are falling off, and shoes are loose!
   
2. I feel more energetic - no naps
   
3. Walked around the Canadian National Exhibition for hours yesterday
   
4. People are very encouraging; you look great, your skin is great, what have you done
   
5. Taking public transit now and walked home from subway; no bus for me!
   

I have been a little sore, like I pulled something for the 2nd time. These 5 things make up for that! First fill next Monday!

So what is making you happy outside of what your scale says? (I am weighing myself next week)

Last year my school ordered wanted to order shirts for all the teachers to wear on special days. Last year when I put on the shirt I ordered it was too tight and I never wore it to work. I almost put it in the trash. I'm glad I didn't b/c now the shirt fits perfectly. I've worn it twice to school.
