My 2nd fill and...

I only got 1.5ccs. I don't feel different other than this morning I am not starving like usual. I did drink a glass of milk and water, plus some peanuts and I am fine. I have not eaten food, food. But I will see tonight when I try some regular food. I don't think I am going to feel any different. I only lost 1lb in a month! Hopefully this helps a lil bit?????

Hi,

most people don't start feeling restriction until fill 3 or 4. I know that I didn't start to feel real restriction until fill # 4. Be patient, it will come. 1 lbs lost is better than 1 lb gained!

When I get a fill it seems to take up to 2 weeks to feel the real effect of it. Many people report the same thing. So continue to take it easy and don't be surprised if a week down the road you're suddenly feeling it in a big way!

Thank you ladies appreciate it! I am still eatign the same way although I do fill up alot faster. I still am not sure if I have restriction although I woke up starving Sunday morning and grabbed a sandwich and guess what I got that golf ball feeling oh my gosh it hurt!!!! And I chewed!!!! So maybe it's coming. LOL!
