is this normal???

:cursing: Hello everyone I was banded on the 5th of august in Singapore, I lost 18 LBS of 325 the first week and now on the 28th of August I'm at 297 LBS WOO HOO!!! My question is I find I can eat more than I should (more than a cup) I still stick to healthy foods but is this normal??? I don't want to do anything to make my band slip or make the pouch bigger.I ride the bike at the gym everyday for 20 - 30 minutes I find this works very well in getting weight off I also feel my energy levels going thru the roof. Anyway if any one has any comments I'll be waiting.

P.S. Can anyone tell me how to update my ticker?

believe it or not... you have to eat to lose weight. you're doing awesome for not having a fill yet. a lot of people GAIN weight right after surgery once their hunger comes back and there is no restriction.

enjoy eating more than a cup while you can!!

bigboi, click on your ticker and it should take you to the screen where you can make the necessary changes! Congrads on the weight loss, BTW.
