Iam from St. Louis and My wife and I used Dr. Minkin at Des Pers Hosp. We really like hime. He has several other people on this site as well. If you would like e-mail me at VCW61@excite and I can help you with any questions you might have.

I had my band done by Dr. Darin Minkin at Des Peres Hospital. He is great. I can't say enough nice things about him. He isn't one of those doctors that only give 1/2 a cc at a time to slowly get to restriction. He likes to get restriction as quickly as possible. I've only had 3 fills and I'm at my sweet spot. I had restriction immediately after fills 1 and 2, but it went away. My most recent was 6 weeks ago and it is still perfect.

I am still preop, but am going with Dr. Van Wagner. He seems to be really nice, and his staff is wonderful!! I will know more after I have my surgery... Good luck.

I am in St Peters and am in the preop stage. I am using Dr Christopher Eagon at Washington University Baratric Center. I have been in this process since April. I hear he has a great reputation!
