I'm in the Austin area and was banded on the 12th. My doctor has a support group for his patients. I haven't gone yet, but I know that Seton Medical Center (35th and Lamar) has one. I think it's held during the 2nd Thursday of every month from 6pm to 7:30pm. I haven't attended a meeting yet. You might be able to call Seton at 512-324-3404 to get more information.

This is the CenTex Bandsters normal monthly support group dinner. You can join the yahoo users group anytime too. Just google CenTex Bandsters. We akways meet the 2nd Weds of each month there.
