Much harder the second time around...

Hi all my wonderful Nymph friends. I am struggling at the moment, just can't seem to get motivated. Even though I have managed to keep my weight off (I haven't weighed myself since last Saturday), I just can't seem to get back into it. I've been sick with a cold for the last 4 days so have spent most of the time inside, so no exercise. I feel that I spent the first 8 months trying to stay motivated even though I had no band or restriction and now that I have a new band, I feel burnt out and don't have the emotional strength to do it. I know I need a fill which I will be getting on 3 September but it's gone beyond restriction. HELP!! ;)

Can't wait to see the photos, Judy. You must be very excited. I'm in the midst of planning my son's Bar Mitzvah. It might as well be his wedding with all of the details to work out. It's in May and I can't wait. He's a bit anxious with all he has to learn for the ceremony (so am I) and the party should be a lot of fun. I'm going to wait till early spring before I look for a dress.

Many Bar Mitvah's are as big as a wedding. You still have lots of time to find a dress and lose a few more pounds before you have to look. They always have more to choose from in smaller sizes.

The hardest thing for me was so many had no sleeves and my arms are definitely baggy from the weight loss. The store I went to was able to order more fabric and their seamstress added sleeves for me. It came out perfect.

The arms are definitely a problem... I probably won't be able to wear anything strappy even if I lose more weight. I might surprise myself but I don't like my chances.
