"Head Hunger" cure = good restriction?

I only got my last (3rd) adjustment a week ago, but so far, the good restriction I finally feel and the uncomfortable full feeling sure seems to stop the head hunger at that moment!

Anyone else experience this? I hope it continues. Its exactly what I need! Wish I would have known this when I was bummed out and not losing very fast. :thumbup:
