I had all of my Fluid removed from my band on Tuesday, discovered it was too tight. I had very bad pain right above my port. Went bak to doctor, sent me to get a ba swallow/xray.

Today i was told that i have a very small hernia.

The nurse did not know what the doctor was going to do, she just calling to let me also know the band was still in tact and there was no slippage.

Has anyone ever had this issue. If so can i still get a fill?

I have had a large hiatal hernia for years, I just told my Dr. about it and he said they'd fix it when they went in to put band on, no extra cost........sounded like no bigee! Good Luck with yours....I will be glad to see the end of mine!
