I am 12 days out of surgery and it is itching inside of my stomach. Is that a normal part of the healing process?

I've heard that is itching is a sign of healing.. I had that around my insicions and it went away after a few days.

How are you doing other than that??

Yep. Liquid Tylenol may help, and/or a heating pad. I know it's aggravating but it's a good sign!! As long as it's an itching/prickly feeling and not pain. It shouldn't hurt.

I had the same thing. I found patting my tummy where it was itching helped.
