What's the process

I want my band removed. Where should I start? I have my general practitioner but no surgeon/bariatric doctor here.

I'm not really sure myself. I see my surgeon this week to discuss it. I know when I was thinking about revision my insurance company said I was to go through my primary first just as I did when I got the lap band. I think you need to give more specifics about your situation and good luck and health, nanook.

I also want to get my band removed. It is not for me and I want to know how much it costs and if insurance covers removal if there is no medical emergency.
