Hi all i hope some one will be able to help me does anyone no the name of the protien drinks to take after the lapband op as i have my band done on the 23rd of sept so i wa wanting to get ome in before then thanks sandra:confused_smile:

    Hi there.. I drink Isopure -zero carbs- 40 grams of protein.. (GNC or vitamin outlet) but i dilute w/ water (too sweet for me) and also i drink HMR protein shake 110 cal , 15 grams of protein. comes in chocolate/vanilla avail at your dr's. Hope this helps you and GoodLuck!
