Vitamin Water ?

In addition to Protein shakes, crystal light and coffee I am really starting to like Vitamin Water. The thing is 1 bottle has about 250 calories in it !!!

I can't drink a whole bottle at 1 time , but was just wondering if anyone had thoughts on vitamin water?

Do you think the extra Vitamins are worth it or is it just sugar water ?

Right now I have it on occasion as a treat & it hasn't affected my weight loss but I am not sure that it fits into my new healthy lifestyle

oops just rechecked the label, it's 150 calories per bottle

Jack- I am thinking it has to be because the 3rd and 4th ingredients are types of sugars

I have been told to Vitamin Water was not good for me to drink. I try to stick to my rule of eating my calories and not drinking them. Try some of the Walmart brand sugar free drink mixes that you use to mix with bottle water. They have no calories. Also my doctor recommended the Diet Green Tea as a reward drink to myself ever so often. If it has any calories it is very little, with no carbs.

My dietitian said NO vitamin waters. If sugar or a type of real sugar is one of the 1st 5 ingredients, not to eat it, or drink it.
