TOM and Bloating..... Help!

I have never had a problem really with Water retention and bloating during my period till this month...... Oh man. I went to bed and woke up iin the middle of the night and my rings were digging into my fingers! I had to take them off which I never do.

I weighed myself in the morning and I gained 7 lbs overnight LOL..... So now the question is... Does anyone know of anything over the counter that helps fast with this problem? My work clothes are digging in and I just feel crappy.

I don't usually take anything over the counter for it, but I do drink plenty of extra Water to help flush everything out.

I was banded six months ago. For many months, my TOM was 10 times worse than normal and I had symptoms that I don't usually have. I think it was hormones trapped in the fat cells that were being released. It does not seem to be uncommon for rapid weight loss to affect us in this way.

Thanks for the response. I started on the water first thing this morning haha. I was just hoping there was a miracle.
