Jazzercise Anyone?

Does anyone go to Jazzercise? If so and you are already banded how long did you have to wait to go back to Jazzercise? I love going and it is going to be hard not to go for 4wks or more.

    I am not banded yet, but I'm assuming as soon as your dr. allows you to exercise, you should just start back doing the low impact routines. I'm not sure about the floor work though?

    Interesting thing to ask though!
