I'm getting banded one of these days... no date yet but I'm thinking some time in september.

Will I need to wait two years before I get implants?

Anyone out there have implants post op? What about a breast lift?

I'm going to have a breast lift but probably not implants unless it is the lift by itself wont be enough to fill out the loose skin.

But its only down at a BMI of 22 that I can consider this, my boobs were the last things to shrink. I'm finding that last bit of weight loss, even 4lb made WAY more difference than the first 96lb. Everything is getting a bit saggy now. I really am better off not to lose anymore weight whilst its only my boobs I have to fix!

So I'd say yes, you need to wait till you're at your goal weight. It might make all the difference - you'll either be decided that you want implants or it may seem like not such a good idea. I've got that kind of chest now - thin, ribs showing and very defined collarbones, where an implant would likely have that very stark contrast of the melons on the chest look, I dont have enough fat and softness on my chest to blend them in, given that I would need the round implants to fill out the loose skin.
