I just thought that I would pass this along! It's Tabatchnick's Rock Island Seafood Chowder. I found it in the frozen section near the frozen boca burgers, etc. Each box has two servings -

One Serving =

Calories 80

Total Fat 1.5 g

Carbs 8 g

Sugars 2 g

Protein 7 g

Of course, I ate both servings - but my dinner only had 160 delicious calories. Please feel free to share your great food finds!
