I had surgery on Jan. 25. I have lost 65 lbs., I have been going every 4 weeks for my fills. I went yesterday, the lady doing my fill, told me I was or should be at my Sweet Spot, because I only needed a tweek with my band. What does that mean? Just curious, still trying to learn all of lingo that goes with the band. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and good luck to all!

It means that you have your band filled to the best spot for you to lose the most weight.

The sweet spot should be when:

You're losing weight steadily

You feel full quickly

You're only able to eat small portions

Feel Full longer

Rarely feel hunger pang if at all

I am at my sweet spot :biggrin:
