Yummy water

I am testing out different things to drink instead of soda prior to getting my band. I discovered Propel today. YUMMY.....the grape is excellent, but the black cherry is awesome. Anyone else drink this stuff? It has just a tad of sugar....I think it's 3 grams per serving..is that O.K.?

I like it too, I wish it wasn't so dad blame expensive. I started drinking filtered tap Water....I think it helps me lose weight more.....it is definitely cheaper (free) lol

Be careful when drinking bottled flavored water. Some of them have carbonation in them. They don't always label them very well letting you know that either.

I love PEACH propel! Anything I drink now has to be super ice ice ice cold. I dunno why...I dont get it....But what ever it takes!! :)

That is SO strange! I hardly ever drink cold liquids any more. I love Propel, but I like it at room temperature. My band is not terribly happy with cold liquids. Sometimes, I even drink a hot tea before eating my meal so that my band is relaxed. Isn't it interesting how our bodies react differently??
