protien drink question #5,145,285 LOL

which drink mix/ shake gives the most protien per serving I'm drinking atkins premade shakes 15g/shake 2 Carbs I just want to do less shakes, they're getting pretty pricey... Any suggestions?

    Hey Diva GIRL!

    In terms is quality of protien the #1 is Isopur. The power mix single serving has 50gm protien and little over 200 calories.

    They also now make a liquid drink that comes in a glass 20oz bottle. I think it's like 40gm protien.

    Now quality does not equal great taste. It's not horrible, but nothing to lust over. I only do the Isopure once a day.
