Oh my gosh.. done today.. home... no pain.. feel great gota "two-fer". had a Hiatus Hernia and he found a fixed that too!.. done my Dr, woodhead in Delta, B.C. going to bed. am sore.. had knee surgery on Monday and was good.. tues was hell and now using a walker... so I am going to bekind to myself all week... Wow... it is almost unreal.... finally I am a Bandster..:cool2:

Congrat!! Take care of yourself and get some rest. From what I heard you need to walk around as much as you can but I'm not sure if that is possible since you just had knee surgery too.

But anyway!! Good luck...

My doc is Dr. Woodhead and I think he is really good. My weight loss has been slow since banding in June but he just did my 2nd fill and did 1 and a half so I'm hoping it will help more. What type of knee surgery did you have? I'm waiting for my 3rd knee replacement since the first two were botched and I'm in my 50's. I can't do much in the way of excercises but I'm think of getting WII fit. Good luck!
