Energy Drink

Wondering if anyone drinks energy drinks for their 64+oz of liquids every day. I have these energy drinks that I got (non-carbonated) that have 1gm carbs, 1.5gm protein, but lots of the B vitamins, especially B12 (LOTS OF B12). I took one in and showed it to my surgeon and he ok'd it, but just wondering if anyone drinks any kind of energy drinks.

Yeah, I enjoy a fuze beverage that is low carb like that and I do count it as my fluids, but I haven't ask my doc. However I don't drink them all the time. I try to enjoy one a day! Sometimes I only have three a week just because I am scared I will crave them all the time. When I did my protein shakes the doc said we could count that as fluid intake but it was still a water base. The fuze drink is a juice base so I am not sure. I would still be scared that an overload of juice wouldn't be a good thing even though it has vitamins which is why I stick to just a few of them! Good luck with your findings!
