Has anyone else "lost the follow up"

My story

"I was banded all the way back in March of 2004, lost a grand total of 25 pounds and "lost the follow up".

We moved from NY to NC and to be honest I was so busy taking care of everything and everybody else, I forgot about ME.

.....So here I am 4 years later determined to be the best me I can be. I finally obtained all of my medical records and found a Dr. in my area. I had my first fill 5/1/08 (prior to this I had no restriction and could eat just about anybody under the tablebiggrin.gif). Since then I have lost 17 and am so grateful.

I truly believed that perhaps the Lap band just didn't work for me."

Has any one else rejoined the world of lapbanders and maintained continued success?
