2 questions - leg problems and self pay

I am beginning to have the weirdest feelings in my legs, my calves specifically. They ache all the time, they feel swollen although they don't really look like it. My ankles feel swollen, sometimes you can see it and sometimes you can't.

My calves feel like they're cramping and I'm starting to notice what I'd describe as varicos veins right at the calf muscle. I have plantar facitis which is just killing me and my feet feel swollen all the time. It's painful just to walk across the floor.

I'm 5'7, 261lbs. I know that has alot to do with it but has anyone experienced this and what was the outcome?

Also, anyone here in California that self paid, can you share your information. Thanks:thumbup:
