Hello Hello!

I'm a little late, but I made it.

My name is Melissa, 27 years old, living in Atlanta Georgia. I got my lap band on February 12 2008. After years and years of yo-yo dieting, and my mom and and having horrible health problems, I decided to get a band and lose the weight.

I've only lost 23 pounds so far, but it was 4 months before I got my first fill. I just got my second fill and realized that no, I didn't stretch my stomach above the band.

Anyway, it's a pleasure to meet you all, and I can't wait to talk to you.

Melissa

There is always room for more Febbies. I was banded just the day before you.

So what are your current stats? Beginning weight, current, and goals?

I started off about 253, just weighed myself at work and now I'm 219. Woohoo! My goal is about 140-150.
