Today is much better!

Thank you all for the support yesterday. I was going through food withdraws. I went home, ready to cheat, but my sister was there and reminded me it was only a few hours until bed and I could make it...I then drank a zone drink (which the chocolate I give 3 thumbs up to), took a shower and went to bed....I was so proud of myself....

Today is much better...
