I see that lots of you have Tickers to chart your weight loss. I have done one but just cannot see how to attach it to my posts.

Can anyone tell me how to do it please?

Click on USER CP (top left hand corner)

Look for EDIT SIGNATURE

And then copy paste from the link the ticker site gives you into the box that opens from Edit signature. Let me know you get on.
