WW Core Plan

I'm sure this has probably been asked before but when I searched I couldn't find it. I'm trying to do the Weight Watchers Core Plan as a guideline to follow but I'm having a really hard time getting enough calories in each day. When I don't eat enough my blood sugar drops and I get shaky but I'm full after about 5 bites of food. I am making sure I eat my protein first so I at least get that in. Any ideas, or should I just nix the whole Core Plan all together?:tt1:

I really didn't think that the Weight Watchers diet is suited to those with lap bands. Not only do we have to have so much Protein, we also can't have the carbs. With protein, you usually get calories. I don't count calories - I count gms of protein and carbs - 90 percent protein, 10 percent complex carbs. I've looked at the Weight Watchers dinners and products and they have way too many carbs for my diet.

Now I know some people do Weight Watchers when it seems they are gaining weight again. I don't know how that works out. It may be very good for support though.
