What's the distinction between this social group and the "Life At (or Near) Goal Weight" forum?

Good question! Perhaps this one is where those with limited vocabularies come?

My personal opinion: this is more for just fun, and less for advice/problem solving. Or we're redundant. Or both.

Snowbird has it right. We are more fun (and redundant)... It was set up back when these groups were invite only. Guess that isn't the case anymore (insert sad face here).
