A WEIGHT LOSE SECREt!!

I was introduced to "the daily plate" last week. And I have to confess I was thinking what could this do for me. Well, all I can say is I have been losing 2lbs a week since I have been keeping track of what i eat. So give it a try and let me know what you think!! Just go on line to "the daily plate". :Angel_anim:

I started using the Daily Plate when I went on my pre-op (before the liquid) diet and I love it! I've gotten a couple friends who are into health and fitness on it too. I love tracking not only calories but Fiber, sodium and cholesterol too! I had to lose 8 pounds before my doctor would accept me for surgery and I just switched to whole foods with high fiber and low cal. Daily plate really keeps me in line. It also helps me figure out triggers - ie I eat more when I eat nutrasweet. So now I simply don't eat it.

I get banded Wednesday and after a couple weeks have to stay within 1200 calories and DP makes it east to track and also ensure that I am getting the best bang for my caloric buck!
