June 24, 200818 yr I have hit a wall. I can hardly eat anything but I am NOT losing any weight. I am actually GAINING. And I can't get my gut to go. I'm one of the few men that I have seen get this surgery. Mine was in 11-06. I have lost ~60#. Anybody have any ideas? Diet?
June 24, 200818 yr It may help if you can give people an idea of what you are eating on a daily basis. If you can hardly eat anything are you eating the easier to eat foods that go down easily but are filled with calories? Could you benefit from a slight unfill? There is a also a mens section so that you can talk to other guys that have had the surgery, they may have ideas that are specific to men. congratulations on losing 60 pounds so far!!
June 24, 200818 yr If you're not eating enough, then you may have slowed down your metabolism. Increase your calories and solid food just a bit and step up your exercise a notch. This will increase your metabolism. Change up whatever you're doing. Just a change will get you off center.
