Better than I think I have a right to expect but NO where near where i thought i would be. I lost 135 within the first year and then nothing. In fact i have put back on aobut 15 but i have been stable for quite a while. I work out in a gym and do a lot of outdoor activities an d for the most part I am healthy. I would like to lose the rest of the weight but I guess it is just not as important as I thought it was :) If I stop and think back a coupple of years I guess I would have to admit that this is WAY different. How you doing?

I was banded on March 7, so close enough. I've lost 88 total and put 17 back on since the new year... Then I've had to have a complete unfill due to possible slippage... now we're starting fills again and I'm trying to get back on track. I started at 290.

And I agree, everything is WAY different, for the best. No regrets.

I was banded March 1, 2006 and lost about 80 pounds in the first 6 months....and then nothing, then gained 20 back,...and now lost 15 of that in the last 6 months. I just got unfilled because I got clogged up and couldn't even get water down...must have eaten something that was chewed well. I'm getting refilled right after Labor Day and am trying to get myself psyched up to really lose this tool to its full potential. I still have such a long way to go....but at least I'm getting back on the wagon
