Vicious circle anyone??

insecure, eat, gain weight, more insecure, pick fight with DH, eat, gain weight, more insecure...

It's been a crappy couple of days.

Have you found a way out of this vicious circle?

Not yet it seems. I'm not on a binge, but I'm still a raving mass of insecure loser-ness. I seem to want to make my DH as miserable as possible...he's handling it well this afternoon. He's trimming trees in 95 degree heat to get away from me.

I took a nap and feel somewhat better.
