Hi, I was banded in April and it was the best decision I ever made. It was amazing how good I felt after the surgery. Of course there was some pain but overall it wasn't bad. I am 67 and wish I had done this 20 years ago. Because of arthritis, I don't walk as much as some others do but I'm able to walk a lot more than before. I
