Lower Back Pain

I was banded on Monday and all of the sudden this evening I am experiencing some lower back pain. Has anyone else experienced this? Not sure if perhaps I just bent the wrong way or been sitting too much. I did go walking this evening and out to pick up some groceries, so I have been moving around ok. Just wondering if this is related or just a coincidence.

I have had chronic lower back pain for about 10 yrs now, and surgery didn't help it. It was the lying flat in hospital that did me in, then in the hospital bed that raises/lowers - it's divided exactly where my lower back is - not good. Now that I am home, it's trying to find the right way to sit or lay down. But a 10 minute walk seems to work the kinks out.

I also have ongoing back pain and laying around on my back or just too long kills it. But a good walk loosens things up nicely so hopefully once you're on your feet 100% you'll be fine.
