Hey It has been awhile!! I was banded in June 07. Lost 70 pounds, gained back 6 since February got a fill working at the same weight 3 weeks, I drink unsweet tea all day long. I wait at least 30-45 minutes after eating before I drink but I drink tea all day long. Is this hurting my pouch?? Also I feel like some days I just pig out!!

Today - Breakfast - honey bunchies of Oats 3/4 cup

a few bites of slaw, few bites of salad and 6 bites of coconut pie:cursing::thumbup: yeah

Help me get back on track everyone. I have been doing so good and my sister is having her band surgery in 2 weeks. I have got to be a role model HELP

that much tea isn't good for you if you are going to drink that much tea try to drink around that much water as well or try adding some water to your daily routine.
