Excited

today i had my consult with the doctor. she told me that i just need to lose 15 additional pounds with the 7 that i have already lost. So i am hoping to have lost the 15 by the time i go in for the weight check on the 25 of june. I have my psych eval. on july 9. she said that if i have lost the 15 pounds by the 25 of june that i could meet with the case manager who will then set me up with a surgery date. I just pray to God that i can meet my goal weight by then. I pray that i have had my surgery by the end of August. I just want to say thank you to everyone on this site for all the info. good and bad. I read the message blogs almost daily.

Latricee, that sounds great! I believe you can do it, just stick to a good, healthy eating plan and incorporate some exercising in there - even if it is just 15-20 minutes. 30 would be better, for about 3-4 days per week. Your weight will be right in line with what they expect; who knows? Maybe even better!

Good luck and let us know how it goes!

Well then you are doing excellent! Keep up the great work, and you'll probably more than make that requirement. It's so worth it!
