I'm in Ohio and my doctors are Oweis and Duckett at Northwest Surgical Specialists in Maumee, OH (Toledo). They are great doctors and pretty easy to get in and get a fill. They do it right in the office.

    Thanks Jennifer! Actually I did call them and they are the best price I can find. I like in the Cleveland area so it's gonna be like a 2.5 hr. drive, but it's the best price. Thanks!
