I must have jumped down a rabbit hole....

because I'm finally in Onderland. The scale this morning said 199. Woo Hoo!!

I was banded on October 24th and have reached 79lbs down. These last few pounds have taken longer than usual to get off, but they are finally gone.

big fat congrats!!!!!!!!! sooooo awesome isnt it???? i am happy for you. I danced around when i hit it, and yes it is a hard slow road, for many of us!!!! keep up the awesome work!

Talked to exspert that made me write down what I did for two days. Then she told me I was not getting in enough solid Protein (chicken) and change my Water arobics from 6 days a week. So changed it to 3 days water and 3 days weights; my body was "use to" what I was giving it...we NEED to change it up.

While I still find it hard to eat solid chicken, I have found more Protein shakes and edamame bean treats, along with the change in excercise, the way for me to break the plateau. Hope this SAVES someone else to hot sit on the a plateau FOREVER.

nhanson - Congratulations! I recently made it there myself and understand just how wonderful you feel right now. Keep up the great work.
