Hi Y'all

My best friend and I were both banded on May 9th by Dr. Avara in Ocean Springs, MS! We are from Gulfport. All has been well, so far. Just awaiting the 6 week checkup/fill and getting used to a new way of eating. We've just started mushies and Frijoles and Tamale pies from Taco Sombrero on HWY 49N have become our staple.

How is everyone's journey?

Looks like you're doing great...15#s already and it hasn't even been a month yet. Congrats.:) I only lost 15 the first month, but felt great. Everyday gets better...Good luck to the 2 of you. It's wonderful to have a partner on your journey!

later, Joanie )
