I fell way short of my goal this week, but I don't feel bad at all. I have gotten back to my normal routine at least! That really was all I was aiming for after all and I FEEL GREAT!!!!!! Wooohooooooooooo!

So who is in for this week??

I made my goal for last week. I am aiming again for 3hrs/180 minutes

Lets get moving ladies, there are beaches we need to strut our stuff on!!

I was about 20 minutes short this last week. But I'm ready to try again. Guess I'll aim for 2 1/2 hours again. I should get it this week.

Ack! I really hate putting a number on it. I feel lousy when I don't do it. So, in the interest in fairness to myself and to keep me in line, I'll say my weekly normal:

200 total minutes walking/jogging

90 total minutes biking

40 total minutes of strength training

60 total minutes of Calisthenics

If anything changes I'll update, but weeks start on Saturday and go through Thursday for me. I'll also post updates a few times per week.

So my update up to this moment is:

80 total minutes walking/jogging

45 total minutes biking

20 total minutes of strength training

30 total minutes of Calisthenics

Lil you're such an inspiration for me when it comes to exercise. Right now I'm proud of what I've worked myself up to but my eye is on you for a look into the future. Keep it up and thanks.

Thanks!! :)

I believe in you -- YOU CAN DO IT!!

Take your time though, you'll know when it's the right time to bump it up a little.
