What is your typical daily diet?

Could you all please let me know what you normally eat from day-to-day? I am having some trouble and need some help deciding what I should eat.

:thumbup:I have 2CC's in a 10CC band, so I don't have full restriction yet, but I do have some...

Breakfast: Fruit or oatmean or cereal (only a little fills me up greatly in the morning)

Lunch: Turkey and cheese (no bread), I like lunchables lately

Dinner: Any kind of chicken (not fried), potatoes and vege

I do snack a little, but it's mostly low fat things. Lost 4 pounds a week since surgery.

Here is typically what I'm eating in a day:

  • Breakfast - 21 g protein supplement (New Whey Protein Bullet) mixed with crystal light
  • Lunch - 2 oz chicken, 1 cup salad (lettuce, carrots, fat free dressing, and sometimes I add low fat cheese, walnuts, dried cranberries, etc.), small piece of fruit if I'm still hungry
  • Dinner - 2 to 3 oz fish or chicken and 1 c veggies (1/2 c if cooked)
  • Snack - maybe a sf pudding or yogurt or piece of fruit or low fat string cheese

So far, so good!:(

OMG. I am doing worse than I thought. I am eating all of the wrong things.

I have found a new doctor that I am going to see ASAP for a fill.
