Sweet spot comes and goes

Here's my dilemma: My sweet spot keeps coming and going over about a 2 week period, meaning for a week or two I'm perfectly filled and then for a week or two I can eat more than I should. I think I have first bite syndrome anyway because I get full on just 3-4 bites, but if I wait a few minutes I can finish my meal, which is usually more than I should. I've noticed that I usually stay full and satisfied for about 1.5 to 2 hours. I'm thinking I need just a small fill. Has anyone experienced this?

I have this problem too but mine is because of my period. When I am having my period I am very tight but when I am not I can eat anything I want. My surgery and my first fill were done while on my period so we are going to do the next one differently. Women who still have a period do swell and that will make you tighter. I am also tighter when it is time for me to ovulate. One thing about it....my band tells me when I am about to start and when I can get pregnant.

Good luck.
