June 5th is THE Day

I will be banded on Thursday, June 5th by Dr. Teng in Las Vegas, Nevada!! I am so excited to be a Jazzy June. So, how do I create one of the Jazzy June glitzy signs? I have clicked on them and fgone to the site but I get lost from there. Any help on that?

    Yeah for you and your surgery date! I right clicked on the banner in someone's post and saved it to my hard drive. Then I went to my profile and uploaded it to my signature section.

    After a very long 15th month process, insurance finally approved my surgery and got my date just today. So happy to finally join a monthly group. I'll be banded by Dr. Kevin Krause, Royal Oak, MI. I am really nervous. I meet with the nutritionist tomorrow to review pre-op diet.
