Pouch dilation vs. under-filled

I have been trying to figure this out and have gotten nowhere...I am able to eat more than before. When I read about pouch dilation, it talks about being able to eat more volume. Then, when I read about needing a fill, one of the symptoms seem to be being able to eat more. Can someone clarify this in practical terms for me? I have other questions, but we'll start there!

thanks:smile:

More than likely, you need a fill. As you lose weight, you lose the fat pad around your stomach and the band loosens. Once you get very close to goal, this won't happen anymore.

Have you read Wendall Edward's post? It's something like "how the band works, fills and unfills." It's a sticky somewhere on the main page but you can do a search under hsi name.
