Newbie

Hi to all,

Just starting the process.1st appt is tomorrow.6 mo. of programs before an OK for surgery. And I'm fine w/ that, it seems like the right way to go.Having a bad time getting records together.Been trying a month now and I just get shuffled around.I plan on going personally to the office and getting my files to make my own copies. The ins. co wants documentation of failed supervised programs (3min) that incl.among other requirements, exercise, counseling etc. the list is 2 pgs. long.Do others have this problem?I am determined to use the 6mo. time frame to get everything together and it looks like I will need it.Any suggestions?
