bloating and stomach ache when hungry??

I have had a band for nearly 3 years...and I just wondered if anyone else had this problem. It seems like when I'm hungry, I feel super bloated, and it actually hurts to touch my belly. It seems like it's just when I'm hungry and I don't know why? I've never really had it either where I don't feel hungry,, my stomache still growls...if anybody's had this it would be great to hear from you.

Hello. I'm about a year out from banding. I have been having nausea along with tenderness in my abdomen, and unexplained bloating. Mine turns out to be from gall stones and we're scheduling surgery to remove my gall bladder in about 10 days.

If I go to long without eating, I get a lot of gas and burp constantly. I also get nauseated and light headed. I'm one of those that can't skip meals. I had low blood sugar in my youth, and suspect I may have to contend with that again with a large weight loss.
