I so know what you mean. I have always pre-determined what I want to be my last bite - whatever it was on my plate that I liked best, so I save a bite of it for the last bite. Yeah, DH thinks I am nuts. Since the band, I have to adjust when that bite comes. Several times I have waited too long and reached full before I got my last bite in. And yeah - Jack is right, it's a great problem to have.

I do not save the best to last like you but my DH does. I often think I will hide it from him for a bit of fun, but then I think it would be a bit cruel. However I suppose old habits die hard and although I would love to eat that last morsel I know it will hurt.

Yes I know it is a good thing but I would just love to eat it:lol:

I am only recently banded and although I have had 2 fills, I haven't encountered that issue yet. I am still governed by the portion size I carefully measure onto my plate. I am hopeful that this will happen to me soon!
